Levan Pavlenishvili
Invited LecturerLevan Pavlenishvili hold BA in Economics from Tbilisi State University and MA degree from ISET. He also holds MSc in Operational Research from the University of Edinburgh, School of Mathematics. Levan has diverse work experience in public policy and private sector consulting, he was a deputy head of Energy and Environment Policy Research Centre at ISET Policy Institute from 2014 to 2020. He has more than 6 years of teaching and training experience both with University students and public servants. He has taught variety of economics courses including: international trade and finance, resource and environmental Economics and Econometrics.
His research interests are: liberalisation of electricity market, integration of renewable energy sources in smart electricity grids, energy security and mathematical modelling of power systems.
