Teimuraz Gogsadze holds a MA in Economics from International School of Economics at TSU and Ph.D. in Economics from the University of Leicester. Teimuraz’s research interests lie in the exciting field of Behavioral Economics, specifically – Behavioral Public Finance, with an emphasis on tax compliance behavior and tax policy. His spheres of interest also include Behavioral Decision Theory, Behavioral and Evolutionary Game Theories, Behavioral Time Discounting, interaction between risk attitudes and time preferences, Social Preferences. As for the teaching experience, he is a module leader of the following courses: Behavioral Economics (BA level) - International Black Sea University; Principles of Macroeconomics (BA level) - Ilia State University; Principles of Finance (MA level) – University of Leicester, ISET.

He is also a seminar leader of the undergraduate courses in Intermediate Microeconomics (EC2002), Intermediate Macroeconomics (EC2024) and Development Economics (EC2061) – University of Leicester.
