ISET strives to attract applicants with strongest motivation and highest potential and competitively selects them on the basis of merit.
Admission to the program is open to anyone holding a secondary school (or equivalent) diploma. Each applicant to ISET is considered with great care. We’ll guide you through the application process and answer any questions you have along the way.
ISET accepts both local (Georgian citizens) and international students; however, the application process for these two groups is a bit different.
Local Students
Admission Process

Georgian citizens are required to pass following Georgian National Exams in order to enroll at ISET:
1. Georgian grammar and literature. The minimum required competency.
2. English language. Minimum level of competency: 65%+1
3. Mathematics. Minimum level of competency: 50%+1
Priorities are as follows: 3-2-1

International Students
Admission Process
Prospective international students are required to follow the rules and terms defined by the Ministry of Education and Science of Georgia.
Those candidates whose native language is not English, are required to present a certificate of English language competence with the minimum level of B2.
For International Applicants the admission process consists of three main stages: (1) online registration and submission of full application package, (2) Online Exam and Interview, and (3) Tuition Deposit.

(1) Online Registration and Submission of a Full Application Package
Applications are to be submitted online as follows:
- Complete an application form
- Upload copy of passport
- Upload copy of school-leaving certificate, diplomas from previously attended educational programs
- Upload copy of English language certificate: TOEFL, IELTS, Pearson / PTE or other.
Note: All documents should be scanned and attached in PDF format. If the documents are not in English, please provide translated versions.
(2) Online Exam and Interview
Candidates are required to pass the exam in Mathematics organized by ISET and attend the online interview conducted by the ISET Admissions Committee.
Applicants are expected to demonstrate their general math skills and English language. An interview is a necessary component of selection process and must be recorded.
