Teona Khaindrava holds a Master's Degree in the field of Engineering Economics from the Georgian Technical University. Khaindrava joined ISET in 2007. In 2011, she became a member of the ISET-PI team and is dealing with administrative issues. She has extensive knowledge of Local Employment laws and policies, an ability to inspire trust, organize people into effective teams. Another skill of Teona is to manage complex projects and programs including procurement and contractual matters.
