ISET signs Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with CENN that entails the renewal of the institute's course in circular economics and the organisation of various activities and development opportunities. The ISET Circular Economics Course was introduced for the first time at the undergraduate level in 2019 with the support of CENN and the USAID-funded project, Waste Management Technology in the Regions, in collaboration with Dr. Hans Wiesmeth, professor at the Technical University of Dresden. ISET signs exchange agreement with top French university

ISET has broadened its international connections by signing a Memorandum of Understanding with Clermont-Auvergne University, a leading public university in central France. The MOU will allow ISET students and faculty to visit and study in France, and – most exciting of all – includes a clause that provides for the future development of dual degrees to be granted from both universities. The broader cooperation between parties will also cover exchanges of researchers, development of research programs, participation in conferences, workshops and seminars.

ISET's BA Program ranked higher than all economics/business programs in Georgia

Despite only having been launched in 2017, ISET's BA Program in Economics has been ranked No. 1 among every economics program in Georgia since its inception. In addition, in the most recent iteration of the rankings, the BA Program retained its first-place position, but was also rated more highly than business education programs.
